Water Hygiene and Maintenance Contracts
In order to comply with guidelines set out in L8 ACoP it is important to have a Legionella control programme in place.
EWS will survey your building, considering its use and the people within it, and design a unique control regime.
EWS will recommend a programme and discuss it with you, making sure you are happy with the contract.
In order to maintain an effective regime, we schedule regular visits to monitor and maintain your system and always keep you up to date with any findings, explaining any alterations that may be required.
We issue you with a log book which ensures that all findings are recorded and all paperwork filed, in accordance with L8.
